Sobre este casquillo
Juego casquillos bancada (Ref. VPC3122). Los casquillos son piezas de desgaste que actúan como cojinetes secos o separadores, reduciendo la fricción entre componentes móviles y absorbiendo cargas radiales.
¿Cuándo sustituir un casquillo?
- Holgura excesiva en articulaciones (cucharas, brazos, enganche 3 puntos)
- Ruido metálico o golpeteo al mover implementos
- Desgaste visible (ovalización, marcas de rozamiento)
- En revisiones preventivas cada 1000-2000 horas de trabajo
Importancia de usar la referencia correcta
Cada casquillo tiene tolerancias de ajuste específicas (diámetro interior, exterior y longitud). Un casquillo con medidas incorrectas provoca desgaste prematuro del pasador, pérdida de precisión y riesgo de rotura. Verifique siempre la referencia original del fabricante antes de pedir.
